Limited quantities of Pepe Fromaggio Ciabatta (a definite front runner for customer favorite), Galisteo Green Chile Cheddar Swirl, Nirvana Cinnamon Raisin Swirl, Classic Challah and 9-Grain Indie Bread.     Are you now making fresh Gluten-Free breads? If so, what kind are you making and are they made daily and how much do you charge? Thank You.

      Marian, I am so sorry that I missed this comment! Yes, we are making both a gluten free sourdough bread and a Paleo bread. They are made as needed, so a quick call to the store is the best way to find out if they baked that day. You can also always order in advance.

    Could you tell me what the ingredients are for the paleo bread? If not the recipe (for your own reasons) then the actual ingredients that substitute flour?
