The Perfect Carb

Provencal Rice Pilaf  (gf) 3.25  Brown Basmati Rice or classic white rice with carrots, green onions and delicate seasonings.

Macaroni & Cheese    3.95  Our classic four-cheese mac.

Rosemary Parmesan Mashed Potatoes       2.95   Lovely for summer, spring, winter or fall menus  – these go with anything!

Polenta Triangles (gf)  3.95  A great gluten free side.  We use Grass Valley Grains organic polenta.

Mexican Rice 2.95  Perfect for pairing with a southwestern menu.

Brown Rice, White Rice, Couscous, or Quinoa  2.25  Simple and classic sides.

Mexican Black Beans  2.95  Black beans with tomatoes and peppers & classic Mexican spices.

Vegetable Sides:

Buttered Carrots with Fresh Mint or Thyme   2.25  Our organic carrots are roasted, then tossed with fresh mint or thyme.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts with garlic  2.95  Roasting the brussels sprouts brings out their sweetness, and the garlic puts them right over the top!

Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower  2.95  A perfect compliment to almost any main dish, this is a beautiful side dish for any season.

Asparagus with Hollandaise or Lemon Balsamic Glaze 5.25  A classic to pair with chicken or fish.

Roasted Beets with caramelized red onions  3.75   A side dish that will impress your guests with its deep flavors.

Zucchini Succotash  3.25  A new take on an old favorite, we combine zucchini, corn and red peppers for a great summer side.

Organic Spinach Salad with Oranges, Almonds & Poppy Seed Dressing     4.25  Bright and flavorful!

Heart Beet Salad  4.35  House-marinated beets tossed in a walnut oil vinaigrette with maple roasted pecans and feta cheese on a bed of spinach.

Asian Cucumber Salad 3.75  Thinly sliced cucumbers and red onions tossed with rice vinegar and sesame oil.

Caprese Salad 4.25  Fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, cucumbers, kalamata olives and basil in a balsamic vinaigrette.

Classic Coleslaw  or Mexican Cole Slaw 2.95  A colorful medley of Green and Red Cabbage with carrots, perfectly seasoned for a great summer side.

Moroccan Carrot Salad 4.25   Grated carrots marinated in olive oil, garlic and lemon juice, then spiced with ground cumin and sweet paprika

Massaged Kale Salad 3.25    Olive oil & avocado puree tossed with kale, feta, and raisins.

Gourmet Potato Salad 2.95  French style or Classic American style.

Tri-color Quinoa Salad  3.65  Quinoa tossed with cucumbers, tomatoes and a lemon vinaigrette.  Refreshing and delicious!

Bread:

Italian Garlic herb Bread    1./person

Focaccia Rolls, baskets and butter:   5. per basket (bread for 6)  

For  ciabatta, gluten free, whole wheat wood-fired sourdough or paleo, ad $1 per basket.
