U-Pick Custom Dinner  varies/person.  SEE OUR ENTREE AND SIDES MENUS FOR IDEAS!

1.  Pick a Protein:  Mary’s Chicken, Nevada County Free Range Beef, James Ranch Lamb, Family Friendly Farm Pork, Tofu or Tempeh

2.  Pick a Side:  Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, Cauliflower “Rice,” or Pasta

3.  Pick another Side!  Any veggie under the wide blue sky!  Choose hot or cold.

4.  Pick a dessert:  Chocolate?  Lemon?  Smooth & Creamy or filled with fresh fruit?

Beef, chicken, or veggie lasagna, served with a side of Caesar salad and garlic bread. For dessert, finish with chilled panna cotta and fresh berries.

Mexican for a Crowd  14/person

Enchiladas with sour cream, cilantro & green onions pair with Green Salad  tossed with a citrus dressing.  Finish with cinnamon topped Mexican brownies. A complete meal perfect for any event!

Carnitas Dinner  16/person

Slow braised chicken, pork or beef carnitas served buffet style with Mexican rice, black or pinto beans, three salsas, guacamole and your choice of flour or corn tortillas.  Mexican flan completes the feast!  Available as Traditional or Gluten Free.

A Moroccan Oasis 23/person

Marinated carrots with oranges and a cumin vinaigrette usher you into a different world, followed by a vegetable, beef or chicken tagine served with couscous. Fresh mint tea and almond cookies lead you and your guests to relaxing finish.  Available as Traditional or Gluten Free.


Comfort Food 18/person

Simple, hearty and nourishing.  Roast Whole Mary’s Free Range Chicken, Pot roast or Nevada County Free Range Meatloaf take center stage here, with whipped potatoes & butter peas for a meal that harkens back to a simpler time.  Apple Pie brings this dinner to a very satisfactory close.  Available as Traditional or Gluten Free.
