All our appetizers and hors d’oeuvres are made fresh, in house, and can be modified to fit gluten free & vegan diets.

Light Hors D’oeuvres
Cheese Straws .65 each. A classic. These twists of puff pastry and cheese complement many other appetizers and are always welcome on a buffet table! Choose parmesan, cheddar or pesto.
Crudites 0.95/person An abundance of fresh vegetables, decorated with fresh herbs & flowers, served with choice of herb dip, pesto dip, or hummus.
Caprese Skewers 1.75/each Fresh tomatoes, marinated mozzarella, fresh basil leaves, and kalamata olives.
Roasted Vegetable Skewers 1.65/each Marinated and roasted zucchini, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. A colorful addition to any buffet.
Gorgonzola & Roasted Garlic stuffed Grape Tomatoes 1.95/each. Also available stuffed with Quinoa and fresh Mint.
Medium Hors D’oeuvres
Vietnamese Wraps 3.25/each Vegetarian. -OR- 4.25 each with Shrimp. A refreshing summer appetizer, served with a spicy peanut sauce.
Feta stuffed Dates Wrapped in Bacon 3.25/each. One of our most popular items, these little bites are sweet, smokey and divine!
Crostini 2.45/each. Housemade croutons, topped with a variety of tempting creations. New flavors for Summer 2017 include Blue Cheese Walnut, Fig and Goat Cheese, Brie ‘n’ Berry and Summer Tomato Basil.
Polenta Bites with Artichoke Tapenade 2.15/each Polenta cups filled with roasted peppers, olives, and artichoke hearts. Topped with parmesan. Gluten Free – Can be vegan!
Figs filled with Goat Cheese, Apricots & Almonds 2.45/each. These are always a big hit!
Cucumbers with Smoked Salmon & Dill 4.25/each Cucumber slices are topped with smoked salmon, a rosette of cream cheese, and topped with fresh dill.

Savory Tarts 3.75/each A crowd pleaser! Fillings are wrapped in crisp puff pastry and arranged on platters.

Tiny Sandwiches 2.35/each Small tea sandwiches are classic for any gathering.
Varieties include: Watercress Cream Cheese, Cucumber, Applewood Smoked Ham, Turkey, Smoked Salmon with Lemon & Pepper, Egg Salad , Tuna Salad or Chicken Salad.
How do I decide how many hors d’oeuvres I will need for my party?
- Decide whether your party will be a cocktail party or a dinner party. A cocktail party requires 12 appetizers per guest while a dinner party requires six appetizers per guest.
- Calculate the number of guests attending your event. For parties with 45 guests or fewer, plan to serve six different types of appetizers. For parties with more than 45 guests, plan to serve eight different types of appetizers. Three appetizers are enough for parties with 10 or fewer guests.
- Multiply 12 appetizers per person by the total number of guests to calculate the total amount of appetizers needed for a cocktail party. Divide the answer by the number of appetizer types served. That’s the required total number of appetizers for a cocktail party. Divide the answer in half for the total number required for a dinner party.
- We recommend getting a mix of light, medium and hearty hors d’oeuvres. If you do not plan on serving a special dessert, one or two sweet options are a welcome addition at many parties.
