Salad Plate


We believe in the Farm to Table movement, and use local sources for all of our produce whenever possible.

All of our salads are available as sides or main courses.

Dressings:  Asian, Mediterranean, Thai, Honey-Mustard, Ranch, Caesar, Poppy Seed or Walnut Vinaigrette.


Garden Salad  2.75 per person for a side salad.  Organic Baby Greens, cucumber, carrots and cherry tomatoes with your choice of dressing. Comes with house made croutons.

Caesar Salad with Parmesan Cheese & Croutons 3.45/per side OR 6.95/entree (add $3 for chicken or tuna).  Baby tomatoes, Parmesan and house-made croutons served over a bed of romaine lettuce.

Beet Salad with Maple Roasted Pecans & Feta Cheese 4.25/side or 8.95/entree Served on a bed of organic baby greens with walnut dressing.

Power Salad!       4.25/side or 8.95/entree .   Kale, cabbage, broccoli and Brussels sprouts tossed in Poppy Seed dressing, topped with roasted pumpkin seeds, feta cheese and dried cranberries.

Cranberry Walnut Gorgonzola 4.25/side or 8.95/entree .  A classic.  Organic Baby Greens with dried cranberries, roasted mixed nuts, Gorgonzola and Mediterranean dressing.

 Asian Chicken Salad 4.25/side or 8.95/entree .  Summer Thyme’s famous salad with mixed fresh noodles, shredded red cabbage, sesame seeds, and slivered almonds

Thai Chicken Salad 4.25/side or 8.95/entree .  Shredded cabbage, carrots, and cilantro tossed with our house-made peanut Thai dressing.

Asian Tofu Salad with Peanuts 4.25/side or 8.95/entree .  Marinated tofu, green cabbage, carrots, and green onions

Spinach Ravioli Salad 4.25/side or 8.95/entree .  Four-cheese raviolis atop a bed of spinach with red peppers and Mediterranean dressing.

Pear & Fig (seasonal) 4.25/side or 8.95/entree .  Dried figs, slices of fresh pear, feta cheese, and roasted nuts atop a bed of baby greens with walnut dressing.

Popeye 4.25/side or 8.95/entree.  Spinach, bacon, tomato, poppy seed dressing and gorgonzola with plenty of spinach.

Mediterranean Pasta 4.25/side or 8.95/entree.    Penne pasta combined with sliced black olives, green onions, and artichoke hearts. Topped with our house Mediterranean dressing.

Honey Roasted Root Vegetables 4.25/side or 8.95/entree.  Beets, carrots, butternut squash, and parsnips roasted with locally sourced honey, pure olive oil and rice vinegar.

Summer Thyme Waldorf 4.25/side or 8.95/entree. (add $3 for chicken or tuna).  Romaine lettuce topped with celery slices, Granny Smith apples, maple glazed pecans and our special sour cream Waldorf dressing

Cobb Salad   12/entree.  (no side salad available)   Loaded with chicken, bacon, avocado, hard-boiled eggs and Gorgonzola atop a bed of baby greens.
